    Qazvin, June 23, IRNA - The Armenian ambassador to Iran ArtashesToumanian says that despite the sanctions imposed by the United States against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Yerevan will stand by Iran as a friend and neighboring country. Addressing a joint meeting with industrial unit managers in the Alborz industrial town, the diplomat reiterated "we are well aware that Iran is struggling with foreign sanctions, and Armenia understands this issue and supports Iran".   • President Rouhani: US unilateralism cause of many problems in world
    Tehran, June 23, IRNA – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said many regional and international problems are result of dictatorship and bullying of some countries like the US which are rooted in violating international regulations and following the path of unilateralism.
    Addressing a meeting with President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Gabriela Cuevas Barron, President Rouhani said that the IPU has always played a positive role in direction and proximity of parliaments and the public opinion for their coordination in important political and social issues.     Tehran, June 22, IRNA - European Troika Foreign Ministers have chosen Iran as their destination, which, in addition to their concerns about the growing tensions between Iran and the United States, rescuing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) has been an increasingly important task.
    In recent days, diplomatic trips to save the JCPOA have increased dramatically.   • VP: Iran to take legal action against US with UN Security Council over drone
    Tehran, June 23, IRNA - Vice-President for Legal Affairs LayaJoneidi said on Sunday that Iran will take legal action with United Nations Security Council over violation of Iranian airspace by the US sending reconnaissance drone for spying on Iran's military in total disregard of sovereignty of states enshrined by the UN Charter.

  • Iran to start 2nd phase of reducing commitments under JCPOA on July 7: Zarif
    Tehran (ISNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif announced that Iran will start second phase of reducing its commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on July 7, 2019.

  • FM spox to Trump:No sanctions left for US to impose
    TEHRAN, Jun. 23 (MNA) – Reacting to Donald Trump’s recent decision about imposing a new round of sanctions on Iran as of Monday, Iranian Foreign Ministry’s Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi addressed him asking if there are left any more sanction for the US to impose.
